Early Release Friday Starts; No School Monday

With school well underway, Union Public Schools is ready for fall, cooler weather, football, and activities designed to engage and enrich students' experiences.

As a reminder, Union Public Schools will dismiss school 40 minutes early on Friday, September 4 to allow teachers additional collaboration time.Friday is the first Early Release Friday of the year. Union Public Schools will also be closed Monday, September 7, in observance of Labor Day.

Early Release Fridays will continue through April 9, 2027 (with a few exceptions, when we will send out reminders). Otherwise, please keep an eye on your school calendar so you are not caught off guard.
